The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven adopts the mode of fan circulation and air supply, and the air circulation is uniform and efficient. The air source is driven by the circulating air supply motor (using contactless switch) to drive the air wheel through the heater, and then the hot air is sent out, and then through the air duct to the inner chamber of the oven, and then the air after use is sucked into the air duct to become the air source for re circulation and heating. Ensure indoor temperature uniformity. When the temperature value swings due to the opening and closing action, the air supply circulating system will quickly resume the operation state until the set temperature value is reached.

CT-C series hot air circulation oven uses a low noise and high temperature proof axial flow blower and an automatic temperature control system. The whole circulation system is the fully enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3~7% of the traditional drying oven to 35~45% of the present one. The highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%. The successful design of CT-C hot air circulation oven makes that the hot air circulation drying oven in our country reach the advanced level in the world.
