Product Description

1. MAIN FRAME
The main beam is Q355B high-quality carbon steel, and the carbon dioxide protection welding is used for double-sided welding. The oil cylinder is made of 27SiMn seamless steel pipe.

2.PROGRAM CONTROL ELECTRIC CONTROL CABINET SYSTEM

3. AUTOMATIC HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The oil pump in the hydraulic station uses Hengyuan or Jinda products, and the hydraulic main control valve uses high-precision Beijing Huade Company products.

It consists of five major components: the rack part, filter part ( filter plate/frame, filter cloth), pulling plate part, hydraulic part and electrical control part. According to user requirements, it can be added the liquid collecting device etc.
RACK PART
Rack part is the main body of machine, in order to support the filtering mechanism, connect other components. It is mainly composed of thrust plate, press plate, oil cylinder and the main girder and other parts. When working, the piston of oil cylinder push the press plate, press tight the filter plate and filter cloth between press plate and thrust plate, to ensure that the slurry with pressure in the filter chamber for pressure filtration.

FILTER PART
Filter part is made of filter plate with a certain order in the main girder and filter cloth between filter plates, filter plate
and filter cloth is alternate arrangement, form a number of separate filtering unit ─ the filter chamber. When begin to filter, the material liquid is pushed by the feed pump, come into filter chamber from feed inlet on the thrust plate. Filter by the pressure generated by feed pump. Due to the effect of entrapment of the filter cloth, make the solid particles stay in the filter chamber forming filter cake and filtrate liquid flow out from the water nozzle or the liquid valve. If need to wash filter cake, feed the washing water from the washing mouth on the thrust plate, wash filter cake; If you need low moisture content of filter cake, also feed compressed air from the washing mouth, through filter cake layer, take away some parts of moisture of the filter cake moisture (applicable to Uk machine model).
