Hollow paddle dryer is a kind of horizontal stirring dryer with heat conduction. Because the internal hollow mixing blade is similar to the paddle, it is called hollow paddle dryer. Because the heat required by the drying equipment is indirectly heated by heat conduction, only a small amount of gas is needed to take away the moisture in the drying process, which greatly reduces the loss of this part of heat taken away by the gas and improves the utilization rate of heat. The dynamic drying hollow blade dryer is an energy-saving drying equipment. It is suitable for the drying of granular and powder materials, and it can also dry the paste materials smoothly.
Features:
1. Compact Structure: the main heat transfer components of the dryer are spade shaped blades, which are densely arranged on fixed rotating shafts at specified intervals, so the heat transfer per unit volume is relatively high. For this reason, the structure of this kind of equipment is very compact and occupies a small area.
2. High Heat Transfer Efficiency: due to the continuous mixing of raw materials, due to the relatively rotating shovel shaped blade and inclined blade surface, as well as the heating and cooling of the body, all surfaces in contact with the product can transfer heat evenly.
3. Self Cleaning Performance: due to the relative rotation of the blades, they play a continuous self-cleaning role on the nearby inner surface. Products that are bonded to each other and stacked on the blades can be removed and re-enter the production process.
4. Simple Control: drying process and residence time can be simply checked, controlled and adjusted. They can be set and adjusted separately according to the physical properties of the dried products, including the number of shafts or blades, speed, temperature of heat transfer body and drying time.
5. The dust and odor generated are small: due to the small gas flow used in the drying process, the dust and odor generated are also small. Therefore, the vacuum cleaner or deodorant used with it is small or unnecessary.
6. Suitable for drying products with high humidity: due to the use of paddle type drying elements and continuous mixing and stirring, it can dry materials with high viscosity and high humidity. There is almost no wear and material loss: the rotation speed of the blade is very low, only 10 ~ 40 revolutions per minute, which effectively avoids the abrasion and the rapid abrasion of machine tools and equipment caused by abrasion. Hollow blade dryer is a kind of horizontal agitating dryer, which is mainly conductive. The main structure is a W-shaped shell with a jacket. A pair of hollow low-speed rotary hollow shafts are installed in the shell. A number of stirring blades are welded on the shaft. The jacket and the hollow stirring blades are filled with heat carriers. The two heating surfaces heat the materials at the same time. The heat carrier is usually fed from the middle of the dryer and discharged from the other side through the surface of the material layer in a stirred state.
Wedge shaped hollow blades are densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the thermal medium flows through the blades through the hollow shaft. The heat transfer area in the unit effective volume is very large, and the temperature of the heat medium ranges from - 40ºC to 320ºC. It can be water vapor or liquid, such as hot water, heat transfer oil, etc. Indirect conduction heating does not carry air to take away heat, heat is used to heat materials, heat loss is only through the body insulation layer to the environment. The heat transfer surface of wedge-shaped blade has self-cleaning function. The relative movement of material particles and wedge-shaped surface produces washing effect, which can wash away the attached materials on the wedge-shaped surface, so that the clean heat transfer surface is always kept in motion.
