Double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new type of dryer which integrates mixing and drying. The condenser, vacuum pump and dryer are matched to form a vacuum drying device. Application:
This machine is suitable for the vacuum drying and mixing of powder and granular materials in dairy, food, chemical industry and other industries, especially for the materials with the following requirements:
1. High temperature heat sensitive materials are not acceptable;
2. Easily oxidized and dangerous materials;
3. Materials requiring recovery of solvents and toxic gases;
4. Materials with extremely low content of residual volatiles are required;
5. It is required to mix sufficient and uniform materials.
Working Principle
1. Heat energy (such as hot water, low pressure steam or heat transfer oil) is introduced into the closed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell.
2. Under the power drive, the tank body rotates slowly, and the materials in the tank are continuously mixed, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening drying.
3. When the material is in a vacuum state, the vapor pressure drops, so that the water (solvent) on the surface of the material reaches a saturated state and evaporates, and is discharged and recycled by the vacuum pump in time. The water (solvent) in the material continuously permeates to the surface, evaporates and discharges, and the material can be dried in a short time.
