Product Overview
Flash dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment integrating drying, crushing and screening. It is especially
suitable for drying filter cake, paste and slurry materials. The drying time of wet materials in the drying tower is only
5-8 seconds, and the water evaporates instantly. The quality of dried products is closely related to the drying temperature,
wind speed, air volume and crushing speed. The hot air enters the annular gap at the bottom of the drying chamber in
the tangential direction from the inlet pipe and rises spirally.
At the same time, the materials are quantitatively added into the tower by the feeder and fully heat exchanged with the
hot air. The larger and wetter materials are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. The materials with low moisture content and small particle size rise together with the rotating air flow and are transported to the separator for
gas-solid separation, The finished products are collected and packaged, and the tail gas is discharged after being treated
by the dust removal device.

Working Principle
The flash dryer is driven by the agitator to form a strong rotating wind field by the tangent of hot air into the bottom of the dryer. The materials enter the dryer from the screw feeder. Under the strong action of high-speed rotating impeller, the
materials are dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear force. The massive materials are quickly crushed,
fully contacted with hot air, heated and dried. The dried materials are carried by the airflow into the dust collection system
for collection and treatment. The tail gas with dust content ≤ 50mg / m3 meets the environmental protection requirements
is drained by the induced draft fan to complete the whole drying process.

1. The drying process of the materials in the room is fast, and the drying time of the materials in the room is short, which can effectively prevent the deterioration of the sensitive materials.
2. The drying chamber is equipped with grading ring and cyclone, and the fineness and final moisture of materials are adjustable. The special air distribution device reduces the equipment resistance and effectively improves the drying
uniformity of materials.
3. Special cooling device and air tight package are set at the bottom of the dryer to avoid deterioration of materials in the
high-temperature area at the bottom.
4. It can effectively control the final moisture and fineness, and ensure the uniformity of moisture content and fineness of products through the adjustment of feeding, hot air temperature and classifier.
