Product Description

FL series fluidized bed drying granulator is the equipment that combines mixing, granulation, and drying in one closed container (i.e. a one-step granulator).

 

The equipment is of vertical structure, it is generally composed of blower, air filter, heater, fluidized bed host ( composed of bottom barrel, middle barrel,top barrel, and material trolley), induced draft fan and control cabinet. Depending on the nature of materials, cyclone separator or bag filter can be selected as required. The structure is simple and easy to operate.

Main Features

The structure of a fluidized bed granulator mainly consists of a trolley, a fluidized bed, a spray gun, a drying tower, and other parts.

Material trolley: load the powder raw material before process and unload the final granule products
Fluidized bed: Materials form a fluidized state on a fluidized bed through the action of fluidized boiling.
Spray gun: Spray liquid materials onto a fluidized bed to form small droplets.
Drying tower: Dry the prepared particles.

Working Principle

The powder granule in the container appear in the state of fluidization . It is Pre-heated and mixed with clean and hot air, At the same time, the solution of adhesive is fogged and sprayed into the container . The particle clumped into granules containing adhesive, Under the continuous drying of hot air , Moisture in the granulation is evaporated and the adhesive solidified. The continuously repeated movements formed the ideal size uniform, Micro-porous spherical particles.
