Overviews:
FL series fluidized bed drying granulator is the equipment that combines mixing, granulation, and drying in one closed container (i.e. a one-step granulator).

The equipment is of vertical structure, it is generally composed of blower, air filter, heater, fluidized bed host ( composed of bottom barrel, middle barrel,top barrel, and material trolley), induced draft fan and control cabinet. Depending on the nature of materials, cyclone separator or bag filter can be selected as required. The structure is simple and easy to operate.

Working Principle

The powder granule in the container (fluidization)appear in the state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with heated air. At the same time the solution of adhesive solvent is fogged and sprayed into the container. It makes the some particles become granulating that contains adhesive. Being of unceasing dry through hot air, the moisture in the granulation is evaporated and the adhesive is solidification. The process is carried out continuously. Finally it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules.
