Product Description

The flat plate hanging basket centrifuge is also known as flat plate lifting bag, hanging bag centrifuge. It is one of our three types of flat plate centrifuge. It is also a 2 phase solid liquid separation centrifuge machine, the bag inside the bowl is as the filter of raw material. By hanging the bag to achieve the solid part discharge after separation.

Main Features

1. Adopting variable frequency control, stable starting, and adjustable separation coefficient.

3. The structural design is reasonable and effectively eliminates sanitary dead corners. The structural transition is smooth, and the surface is polished. The external structure, fasteners, and drum body are made of stainless steel, and the shell is of a flip type, which can thoroughly clean the interlayer space between the centrifuge shell and the drum.

4. The valve seat and housing are welded as a whole, with high bearing strength.
5. The seat is of a flat structure, reducing the center of gravity of the machine and providing smaller installation space. It can be used as an operating platform for more convenient operation.
6. Equipped with liquid damping shock absorbers to more effectively eliminate vibration and simplify daily maintenance.

7. Equipped with an online cleaning system, it can clean the inner wall of the centrifuge casing, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, the surface of the liquid collection tank, and other intangible components of the centrifuge, in accordance with GMP specifications.

Working Principle

The flat hanging bag centrifuge is a type of intermittent operation centrifuge that belongs to the filtration type. The liquid blocking plate of the drum is fixed together with the filter bag, and the drum is driven by a transmission component equipped with a clutch to generate a centrifugal force field at high speed. The filtrate injected into the drum is separated by the filter bag lined in the drum, and the filter residue is intercepted in the drum, forming a filter cake inside the filter bag. The filtrate is introduced into the collection container through the outlet pipe, and when the loading limit is reached, the feeding is stopped, Cut off the power supply, use a braking device to stop the drum (which can be achieved by a braking unit when equipped with a frequency converter), open the machine cover, use an electric hoist to lift the filter bag out of the machine, discharge the solid material, and complete a working cycle.
